What the Hub Handles:

  • Registration – swimmer sign-ups, roster updates, and account questions
  • Scheduling – practice times, locations, and changes
  • Volunteer Sign-Ups – meet help, Safe Sport needs, and other team events
  • Safe Sport Information – policy updates and requirement tracking
  • Weather Updates – delays, cancellations, and rescheduling notices
  • Time Standards – confirming if a specific swimmer has achieved the qualifying time for a meet and helping the family understand what it means for event eligibility and entries
  • Meet Details – formats, schedules of events, and timelines — plus the excitement of having a dedicated meet entry person, Coach Tori Zieger, ensuring accuracy and smooth entries every time

Feedback & Problem-Solving:
The Hub is the place to bring feedback, concerns, or criticism so it can be directed to the correct decision-maker. This keeps coaches focused on training and ensures solutions come from the person best able to resolve the issue.

Why Use the Hub?
Coaches love to help, but quick answers on the pool deck can sometimes cause miscommunication. Using the Hub keeps a clear record, helps track the info path, and makes sure we can follow up and fix any issues quickly.
